At Adventures by the Book, you know they like to do book events a little differently, so why not a breakfast event at dinner, for a book club gathering before you read the book, and inviting readers whether or not they are in a book club!
In partnership with one of Southern California’s top breakfast spots, Breakfast Republic, we are excited to introduce the next event in our Breakfast Republic Book Club Adventure series, featuring critically acclaimed and bestselling authors Abbi Waxman, Kristin Rockaway, and Kathy Cooperman.
Whether or not you’ve already read The Bookish Life of Nina Hill, How to Hack a Heartbreak, The Very Principled Maggie Mayfield, or any of the authors’ previous books, you can be sure we’ll have a fun and engaging discussion with Abbi, Kristin, and Kathy, were we’ll have plenty to talk about. You can ask Abbi about what happens when an introvert’s world is turned upside down, Kristin what it’s like to work in the tech industry (both fictional and real), and Kathy what happens when good intentions lead to bad decisions. All three of these books are quirky, charming, and perfect for a fun book club chat and girls’ night out.
